Aiming to revitalize the city’s deep history and love of oyster markets, Canal Street Oysters is merging the vibrancy of popular beer halls with an authentic oyster bar experience. The oysters are high quality and served at the massive central bar amongst a diverse line up of affordable libations. With an approachable menu, lively programming and late night hours, Canal Street Oysters hopes to reactivate downtown Manhattan’s last frontier.
